Our software is designed to streamline and digitize the process of applying for Mining Leases, Quarry Permits, and Non-Exclusive Reconnaissance Application Permits. The platform offers a user-friendly and efficient interface that enables applicants to complete the entire process online — from registration to submission and final approval.
The process begins with user registration, after which applicants can log in to the system, fill out the relevant application forms, and upload all required documents in PDF format. Once submitted, the application is forwarded to the Department of Mining and Resources (DMR) for review.
DMR officers play a critical role in scrutinizing the submitted applications. Based on their assessment, the application can either be approved directly or forwarded to the competent higher authorities for final approval and issuance of the respective permit or lease.
